Bill is currently the co-founder and Managing Partner of Main Sequence. Prior to Main Sequence, he was a co-founder of Blackbird Ventures. He has supported founders building disruptive, science-led companies for over 20 years.

Bill’s particular focus includes quantum technologies, AI, chemistry, and synthetic biology. Some of the startups Bill has funded and assisted include Q-CTRL, Diraq, Culture Amp, Seek, Altium, Morse Micro, Quintessence Labs, Prospection, and Karbon.

Bill holds Bachelor of Science, MBA, and Juris Doctorate degrees.
