Julia leads the finance function, supporting company growth through disciplined financial operations and strong internal processes. She brings experience across startup and multinational environments, with a focus on building scalable finance functions. Julia’s background includes operational risk management, governance and control implementation, and leading digital finance transformation initiatives delivered through agile models that emphasize incremental improvement and cross-team collaboration.

Julia began her career in Ukraine at Concorde Capital, one of the country’s leading investment banks and the first to organize an IPO for a Ukrainian company on the London Stock Exchange. During her tenure, she progressed from Head of Finance to Chief Financial Officer. In Australia, Julia re-established her career within fintech startups, developing deep familiarity with local regulatory requirements while continuing to advance into senior finance leadership roles.

Julia is a Fellow member of ACCA and a CPA.
