Biliana oversees global communications strategy, media relations, and executive positioning. She has 30 years’ experience across investment banking and corporate advisory, technology, and quantum technology, having held leadership roles in large organizations, boutique firms, and startups across Australia, the U.S., and Europe.

Biliana is also a Founding Member of Quantum Women a non-profit dedicated to the empowerment of women working in quantum. She sits on the Advisory Board of Girls in Quantum, is the Co-Chair of the Australian Quantum Alliance, sits on the Swinburne Industry Research Advisory Board, and was recognized as a lead author of the World Economic Forum’s Quantum Computing Governance Principles Insight Report.

Biliana holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
