Brian serves as Chairman of the Board and brings 40+ years of executive leadership and governance experience in high-growth technology companies. A five-time CEO and C-level executive across public and private firms, he has a long track record of scaling “hard-tech” businesses and operating in global markets.

Over his career, Brian has raised $200M+ in equity funding and led strategic partnerships and M&A exits to companies including Intersil, Lumentum, Infineon, ON Semiconductor, and Mellanox (NVIDIA). His executive roles include Chief Product Officer at Impinj (Nasdaq: PI) and CEO of TriLumina, Enevate, D2Audio, and Primarion.

Brian is currently a Managing Director at Pantek Partners and President of Moso4 Advisory, advising companies in AI, semiconductors, photonics, and battery technologies, and has served as an independent director for nine technology companies. Earlier in his career, he spent 17 years at TRW developing classified electronic communication systems for aerospace programs and served as a Principal Investigator on DARPA, AFWAL, and ONR research programs, after starting in early processor chip development at Xerox. He holds an MSEE from USC, a BSEE from UCLA, and graduate management credentials from UCLA Anderson.
