Dr. arno trautmann

Arno coordinates an interdisciplinary team and serves as the technical lead responsible for European sensing projects.

He spent most of his academic career working with ultracold quantum gases for analog quantum simulation, focusing on exotic states of matter, including polarons, quantum droplets, supersolids, and Rydberg-based spin models, before transitioning to industry to work on quantum sensors and NV magnetometers.

Arno holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Heidelberg.
