Dr. bianca sawyer

Bianca leads the Quantum Device Development team, overseeing the delivery of integrated diamond‑based quantum hardware–software solutions for global customers and partners. She is passionate about building high‑performing teams grounded in a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive culture.

Bianca guides complex, cross‑functional programs from concept through deployment, coordinating engineers and scientists across teams and locations and working closely with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver real-world capability. She also contributes to company‑wide strategic planning, helping shape priorities and guide the organisation through evolving technical and commercial objectives.

Bianca holds a PhD in ultracold atomic physics from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
