Dr. jana lehner

Jana manages Quantum Brilliance’s IP portfolio. With her background in research and business, she is passionate to balance the interests of different groups towards a common goal.

Prior to Quantum Brilliance, Jana worked at IBM‘s Global Business Services Europe, gaining extensive experience in business operations at large scale including strategic planning, management support, business process optimization, and workforce management. With her deep background in physics, she also joined the IBM Quantum Ambassador program. Earlier on her career, Jana worked in Consulting and Software Engineering delivering value to customers in large business optimization projects.

With a graduation in physics from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and a PhD in theoretical quantum optics from The Humboldt University of Berlin, Jana worked at national and international research institutes as DESY in Germany, CERN in Switzerland, Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics in Germany and the MIT in the U.S.
