Dr. liz bridge

Liz serves as Chief of Staff for the Integrated Quantum Chip business unit. In this role, she shapes and drives Quantum Brilliance’s objectives, with a core focus on delivering the Integrated Quantum Chip. Liz joined Quantum Brilliance in 2021 as a Strategic Talent Partner, driving the expansion of the quantum engineering teams in Germany and Australia. She then moved into the role of Technical Staff Officer to the CTO and Co-founder, providing direct executive support, before stepping into her current position.

Liz’s background is in experimental quantum physics, with 13 years of experience in research laboratories across the UK and Australia. Prior to Quantum Brilliance, she held an EQUS Deborah Jin Research Fellowship at the University of Queensland, where she worked in optomechanical sensing. In 2021, Liz received the EQUS Director’s Medal in recognition of her commitment to team development and public engagement initiatives.

Liz holds a PhD in Atomic/Molecular Physics from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Physics from Durham University.
