Solenn designs and implements scalable project management frameworks, establishes robust process engineering methodologies, and leads cross-functional teams delivering technically sophisticated projects. She is known for her ability to bridge deep technical expertise with strategic execution and mentor high-performing teams.

A licensed Chemical Engineer from the Philippines, Solenn has built her career driving complex, high-technology programs from concept through industrialization. Previously, Solenn held leadership and management roles at NexWafe and Maxeon Solar Technologies (formerly SunPower) where she led critical wet-process operations, wafer surface preparation, epitaxial wafer product development, and next-generation solar cell manufacturing.

Solenn holds a PhD and Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman, with international research experience as a visiting scholar at the University of Houston. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant Professor, teaching core chemical engineering courses at leading universities in the Philippines.
