Leigh provides technical leadership across the design, delivery, and integration of control systems for Quantum Brilliance’s diamond-based quantum technologies. He works at the intersection of engineering, research, and product development, translating complex quantum systems into robust, deployable solutions.

With experience spanning startups, defense, automotive, and space, Leigh brings expertise in developing high-reliability control and software systems under demanding development and operational constraints. He has led and contributed to multidisciplinary teams delivering systems from early concept through verification, integration, and on-site deployment, including direct work with customers and partners in international settings.

Leigh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of South Australia, with his final year completed at the Australian National University. He is a former member of Engineers Australia.
